The law is stratified to comprise of laws relating to Criminal branch and Civil branch. Under Civil branch, various laws relating to litigation and non-litigation matters are handled. To give few examples of litigation such as disputes between family members relating to partition of property, succession rights, specific performance of contracts, landlord and tenant, money recovery, execution of Court order, Consumer Redressal, matrimonial discord including divorce, maintenance, custody rights and so on. On the non-litigation, there are to name a few execution of Gift Deed, Wills, Sale Deeds, Agreements, Contracts, MOU’s, Trademark registration, Patents and designs, Alternative dispute Resolution like Mediation, Arbitration and Conciliation, Pre-litigation Advice etc.
